In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, General Data Protection Regulation, and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, the user is informed that the personal data related to the provision of the municipal water supply and sanitation service is the responsibility of the Ajuntament de Binissalem, as the data controller.

The management of the service is entrusted to ANTONIO GOMILA, S.A., which, in its capacity as the concessionaire company, accesses and processes the personal data necessary for the management and provision of the service, on behalf of the City Council and following its instructions, as the data processor. Said processing is carried out during the term of the concession and in accordance with the conditions established for the provision of the service.

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of managing the municipal service, attending to requests, inquiries, and incidents from users, and complying with the obligations derived from the provision of the service. The legal basis for the processing shall be compliance with the legal competencies and obligations of the City Council and the provision of the corresponding public service.

The data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the indicated purposes and applicable legal obligations. Its communication to third parties will only take place when there is a legal obligation or when it is necessary for the proper management of the service, in accordance with current regulations.

The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability, when applicable, by addressing the Ajuntament de Binissalem, as the data controller, through its official contact channels.

Likewise, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that your rights have not been properly addressed.
